OPENWATEREXPEDITIONS offers the most popular tours and experiences in SAN JOSE DEL CABO, and that is why all our excursions are exclusively by prior reservation.

Once you receive the confirmation email, your reservation is guaranteed. If you have not received it, check your spam folder or contact us at inf@openwaterexpeditions.com

Cancellations and Changes

The following cancellation and change policies apply only to individual reservations made through our website www.openwaterexpeditions.com. Group policies are established in the contract signed at the time of contracting the service.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 48 hours before the Tour: If you cancel and request a refund at least 2 days (48 hours) before the tour, there is a 10% administrative fee.

Less than 48 hours before the Tour or No Show: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, arrive late or do not show up on the day of the tour, there will be no changes or refunds.

Charges to your card

A charge will be made to your credit card as soon as your reservation is confirmed. Normally this process is reflected after 24 hours of confirming your reservation on our website.

A 12% amount for the online transaction will be added at the time of purchase and will be applied in the order summary as Fees.

Prices and Exchange Rate

The prices are in Dollars but the charges to the cards are in Mexican Pesos. We use the exchange rate of the day provided by the bank, so your card statement will indicate the bank exchange rate.

Security

Openwaterexpeditions wants you to feel as safe as possible when making an online purchase, for this reason we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect your card information when you book your tours.

This protection process prevents other people from having access to the information transmitted over the Internet. Once received, your card information is not transmitted again over the network.

Fraud Prevention

As part of our Fraud Prevention policy, it is essential that the person who made the purchase presents their credit card and personal identification at the time of registration.

If the cardholder cannot be present, a copy of their credit card (both sides) and their identification must be sent by email to inf@openwaterexpeditions.com at least 24 hours before the tour.
